Please do:
- confirm a dupe of bug 140390.
- test with LO 7.0 to confirm a regression.
- test with master 7.4+ to confirm problem still exists.
- test with and without Skia in Options-View
- write monitors' resolution.
I couldn't reproduce in VirtualBox.
