Description:
When clicking the "Extension" button in start center (bottom-left corner) it
would go to https://extensions.libreoffice.org/zh-tw which would give a 404
error. The string is at
https://git.libreoffice.org/core/+/master/sfx2/uiconfig/ui/startcenter.ui#473
but no idea where the URL is generated.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Start Center
2. Click the "Extension" button in the bottom-left corner
3. Browser opened a page with 404 error
Actual Results:
Got a 404 error
Expected Results:
Should open the extension site
Reproducible: Always
