In the Data Table dialog, for a chart, Move Row Up button is enabled for the first row, and Move Row Down button is enabled for the last row, when the opposite was expected. Steps to reproduce: 1. Edit the data table of a chart (open the attached sample file) 2. Choose menu View - Data Table (you can access it from the chart context menu) 3. Select the first (and last) row 4. See the two rightmost buttons.
