I confirm behaviour with

Version: 7.3.4.2 (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 728fec16bd5f605073805c3c9e7c4212a0120dc5
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19044; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB
Calc: CL

Same behaviour with cut & paste and copy & paste. So we should take into
account all these situations. I set status to NEW, but I'm not sure about the
result of copy & paste.
