2 things you can try:
- use LO 7.3.4 standard version from tdf (see
https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/) not a portable version
- apply https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps
Have in mind that if you use LO 64 bits, you must have a Java 64 bits
(and if you use LO 32 bits, you must have Java 32 bits).
