It seemed to be working fine now, until I downloaded my original document attached to the bug and the problem persists with that document. It may be caused by 2 things: on the attached document, apparently the "center" table feature is UNCHECKED. Checking it centers now centers the preview and printed page, however the "fit to 1 page width" is checked but the output is now off the page both left and right.
