Description:
When looking at a document that has AutoFilter on and comments in the
AutoFilter row, the visual indicator is not visible.
This caused me to think there were no comments, until someone mentioned they
existed.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create blank spreadsheet
2. Insert a comment on A1 (and see the visual indicator)
3. Enable AutoFilter (and see that the visual indicator is now behind the
dropdown)

There is no visual indication of comments visible.
Expected Results:
Always be able to see visual indicators for all comments.
