--- Comment #6 from Eike Rathke <er...@redhat.com> --- I don't see what a menu would do better (or easier) that the Name Box already does, except maybe what the request calls "Edit" (which it isn't) to hide/show columns or rows of a range; click or Shift+Ctrl+T to focus, then * type in a cell range reference and hit Enter to mark/select that * define a new name for a marked/selected cell range by typing it in * type in an already defined named range to select its cells, or choose from listed named ranges Apart from that, the Format menu would not be the right place as it is not formatting.
