My solution at the moment is to use LO 7.3.4 on my Mac Mini Intel running macOS Monterey. There is no zoom problems. I do use a laptop running Ubuntu 20.04 and LO 7.4.0 to test the software as I am writing the instructions. No zoom problem. I have tested LO 7.4.0 on a MacBook Pro running MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 and there is no zoom problem with Impress or Draw. My assumption is that LO 7.4.0 has a problem with macOS Monterey 12.4.
