You need Nextcloud to reproduce this bug.
1. Install the "Edit with LibreOffice" Nextcloud plugin from
https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/fileslibreofficeedit
2. Go to some document in Nextcloud web, choose "Edit with LibreOffice" from
the context menu
Expected: LibreOffice opens and the document is loaded via WebDav.
Actual: LibreOffice opens, but the document does not open.
