This seems to be a very controversial topic. Although Wikipedia uses t-test and
p-value, there are those who argue that the correct is "t test" and "p value".
See for instance the recommendations from APA:

I myself have seen this written both with and without hyphens and I really
don't know which is the correct one. If anyone can give a definitive answer
about this issue, please step forward.

It should be noted that in the help we have "t-test" written with a hyphen 16
times.
