It's pretty rare, but yes, there exists font families that have both italic and
oblique sub-fonts.  A web search gives me Supria Sans [1] as an example.

Also I don't know why you are using oblique and slanted/slantness as synonyms
in this discussion.  I am merely a hobbyist of font design, but AFAIK both
italic and oblique fonts are considered slanted variants of the upright/roman
ones.  And the upright/italic/oblique style differences are usually called
slantness of the font.
