No. It works in your document because using only HOUR() and MINUTE() of the difference ignores the date part. The time span between (E14) 2022-07-07 07:00:00 and (F14) 2022-07-08 16:00:00 is certainly not 9 hours but 33. Which becomes visible when using my formula to calculate.
