            Bug ID: 151614
Summary: In LibreOffice Writer, AltGr+4 shortcut opens side

                    O: Ã, ã, Õ, õ
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.4.2.3 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer

Description:
I live in Spain and use Spanish keyboards to write and teach Portuguese here.
Spanish keyboards don't have a specific key for the diacritic ~, which is
heavily used in Portuguese over vowels. Usually, using Ctrl+Alt+4 (or AltGr+4)
and the desired vowel is the most fluent and convenient way of writing à ã Õ õ
in this case. Ctrl+Alt+4+a is the way I am writing ã in this webform and it
works perfectly.

Suddenly, in new versions of Writer (I don´t know when exactly it started) the
combination Ctrl+Alt+4 opens the "Navigator" side panel (it's maybe called the
"Browser" side panel in English? Sorry, I use the Galician interface) and I
can't get the diacritic on my vowels anymore.

I tried to customise the keyboard shortcuts, but this particular shortcut is
not listed, so I can't delete it (unlike Ctrl+Alt+5, which is listed, for
example).

This problem prevents me from writing Portuguese and using LibreOffice for my
lessons.

Please, is there any solution? Thanks in advance for your help.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On a Spanish keyboard, I use the combination Ctrl+Alt+4 (or AltGr+4).
2.
3.

Actual Results:
A side panel opens.

Expected Results:
I would like to use Ctrl+Alt+4+vowel (or AltGr+4+vowel) to get ã, Ã, õ, Õ, as
it used to be (and still is in other platforms).

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
Trying to customise keyboard shortcuts didn't help, as Ctrl+Alt+4 is not listed
as a shortcut, unlike Ctrl+Alt+5 wich is listed as a shortcut for opening the
"pages panel", for example.
