I can reproduce on Debian testing in a Plasma Wayland session, s. attached
screencast attachment 183322:

1) open attached sample doc attachment 183321
2) select cell A1
3) click the "Clone Formatting" toolbar icon
4) click cell A2

Actual result:

Cell A3 gets yellow background.

Expected result:

Cell A2 should get yellow background.

It works as expected when explicitly choosing Qt's X11 platform plugin instead
(environment variable QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb).

What's also noticeable is that the cursor does not change to one showing the
"clone formatting" icon when using the Wayland backend.
This may be a LO issue, or one in the Qt library.
