xlsHyperlinkPerCell-crop.png: Excel 2003 screenshot for insert hyperlink which
is disabled for character properties and only active when the cell is selected
This is a limitation of the XLS/X format IIUC. So then this is not a bug
really.
About the only actionable item I can see would be to implement Gabor's
suggestion in comment 10 - to add a UI option that prevents inserting multiple
hyperlinks when the file format is already in XLS/X format.
