Looking at the text alignment toolbar buttons in Writer, they are blurry with
Sifr SVG, Skia/Raster and 100% scaling.
With Sifr SVG, GDI and 150% scaling there is slight softness, but it's not
really unpleasant.
Note for retesters: the design of Sifr icons was updated recently.
