An arrow from the "Line and Arrow" toolbox explicitly sets the line end width.
An arrow head from the drop-down-list "ArrowHeads" only sets the type of the
arrow, but not its size. So a size from the style or the default style is used
or some internal default. I could not find, where the defaults are set.
This bug report might be duplicate to bug 71991, but is at least related.
