In Impress and Draw the hyperlink color comes from [1] which is an "Application
Color" that depends on the color scheme you chose.

In Writer it comes from the "Internet Link" style, hardcoded as COL_BLUE here:

The main problem is that a Writer style / template is not sensitive to the UI
color scheme. So I wouldn't know how to proceed here because we cannot simply
change the template.
