This version has been upgraded from Fedora 36 and originally was taken from a mirrored copy of the Fedora 36 I am currently running. The process of upgrading from 36 to 37 also upgraded my Cinammon desktop to 5.4.12 from 5.2.7. I tried the steps again to reproduce the bug but was unable.
