Ok, I repro, it took 30 secs. Was a bit confused at first as the mouse cursor
only showed the "forbidden" symbol, but then I noticed it sometimes turned into
a grabby hand and with that shown I was able to drop it.
It's even slower in 4.4, 3.5.
