Thanks for reporting.
I mark this as a valid NEW request.
To open these dialogs you need to enable the save/load dialogs of LibreOffice
itself. This can be done by:
* Open LibreOffice
* Tools > Options
* LibreOffice > General
* Check 'Use LibreOffice dialogs'
