It seems that the problem is in profile upgrade from version 3.6.5 to 4.0. I tried to use separate installation of Libreoffice 4.0. [Bootstrap] UserInstallation=$ORIGIN/.. No problems appeared with installation of all above mentioned extensions in separate installation of the Libreoffice 4.0. In other words, most probably it is rather specific problem related to upgrade.
