Can you please:
- Test the new version 7.5.1.2
- Reset you user profile by renaming the directory:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows
Renaming the user profile (e.g. from "user" to "old_user") will create a new
one when restarting. This could help if the issue is related to a corrupted
user profile.
