Many applications which support images or shapes allow resizing them in
relative terms, i.e. using percentage values. But - LO Impress/Draw doesn't -
and it should.
So, I propose users be able to select how sizes are displayed in the Position &
Size dialog, so as to be able to set them using percentages, with the options:
1. Absolute size
2. Percentage of original size
3. Percentage of current size
4. Percentage of page / slide size in corresponding axis
Option (2.) is the most important, options (3.) and (4.) are useful in my
opinion.
