The problem can be reproduced in Safe Mode. You have to follow the process described in my last comment and repeated below: ======================================================================== Load in Safe Mode. Edit->Cell Protection is OK. Indicates with a tick, the current cell protection attribute. Customize Edit menu. Remove and then Add again Cell Protection item.
