This is a Qt bug, but there's a solution in LO that avoids the issue, s.
tdf#153333. Can you please retest with a version that includes the
corresponding change?
There are e.g. daily development builds available at [1]. [2] describes how to
install them in parallel to an existing LO version. (Alternatively, you can
wait until 7.5.2 is released.)
