I just retested this. The text ("Continue checking at beginning of document")
is announced just fine now.
This was a general issue that message dialogs in LibreOffice were not announced
and was fixed by the LO changes done in the context of tdf#135588 and this NVDA
pull request:
https://github.com/nvaccess/nvda/pull/12801#
Please retest with current versions of LO and NVDA.
