Open attached document. Save it as docx. User defined page styles have been
gone.
I could confirm the buggy behavior. Have created a little example file with 2
user created page styles.
Saved in *.odt, closed and reopened and styles have been saved too.
Saved as *.docx, closed and reopened and styles are gone.
Note: The "default" page will now look like the user defined style I had set
for this page.
