I could reproduce a hang on "Sending email messages" with:
Version: 7.3.7.2 / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: e114eadc50a9ff8d8c8a0567d6da8f454beeb84f
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded
I have to kill LibreOffice as it is unresponsive.
However, in 7.5, it does send the emails with PDF attachments successfully:
Version: 7.5.2.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 53bb9681a964705cf672590721dbc85eb4d0c3a2
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded
My steps:
1. Add valid email addresses in column "e-email" of attachment 181903
2. Open attachment 181904
3. Edit > Exchange database to point to the sheet that was modified in step 1
4. Click "Send email messages" in the toolbar
5. To = e-mail; Subject = "test"; Send as = Adobe PDF-Document"; click "Send
Documents"
emeriau, could you please test again with version 7.5 to see if it is also
resolved for you?
