Bug ID: 155298 Summary: Help URL in a text box starts LibreOffice Help instead of URL entry in properties of text box Product: LibreOffice Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: LibreOffice Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: rob...@familiegrosskopf.de Created attachment 187272 --> https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=187272&action=edit Open the attached document, set cursor in text box and press F1: LO-Help starts and looks for HelpURL in LO-Help. Open the attached document. There is a text box, where has been set a link in Properties → General → Help URL. This help should start if cursor has focus on this box and you press F1. What will be started is the help page, appending this URL. So you couldn't reach this Help URL. Part of LibeOffice Help: Help URL Specifies a batch label in URL spelling which refers to a help document and which can be called with the help of the control field. The help for the control field help can be opened if the focus is positioned on the control field and the user presses F1. So pressing F1 should start the URL I have set, not he help page. This is a very old buggy behavior. Have also tested in LO 5.1.5 with the "old" help pages. There will also start the local help, nut the URL of the form control. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
