Set to landscape 3. adjust some column widths to a) remove ### issues and b) make it fit within a single page width 4. delete some almost-blank lines that would have wasted paper This recreated the exact same error as illustrated. I also notice other formatting problems, all associated with the content of columns that I had to reduce in width.
