And this looks suspicious, reading the Configuration Manager Client
prerequisites [1], which include a mention of "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019
Redistributable version 14.28.29914.0".

*Possibly* it makes sense to open a ticket at MS at this stage; even if they
find out that there's something to change in LibreOffice installer, at least
they would be able to diagnose what was that. FTR, LibreOffice uses the redist
MSMs (merge modules) included in MS Visual Studio.
