The problem is that filter/source/msfilter is reading an nYRelTo that has an
invalid value - so sw/source/filter/ww8/ww8graf.cxx sets to Entire Page

sal_uInt32 nYAlign = nCntYAlign > rRecord.nYAlign ? rRecord.nYAlign : 1;
