Description:
I can't go up, glide, stretch the note balloon in the calc sheet.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. When Creating an annotation the phrase became large and could not drag the
balloon.
2. I tried to drag the edges with the mouse when the mouse brand appears, yet I
can't increase or glide the balloon.

Current Results:

after clicking with the mouse and dragging, should stretch, or increase the
balloon to fit the whole sentence.
