At first glance, the screenshot looks like a screenshot on Linux with the gtk3
VCL plugin, but can you you please provide the exact version information from
"Help" -> "About LibreOffice"?
If this is actually gtk3, I'd expect that buttons adhere to the Gtk style/theme
selected in the settings.
What do buttons in other Gtk applications, e.g. gedit look like?
