OK, I have done some tests with Qt applications that I don't use that much and
the problem occurs there too, only it is much less noticeable. In those other
applications the tooltips refresh quickly and the problem goes away. For some
reason in LibreOffice it stays for longer and is easier to detect, but it seems
to be a Qt problem (maybe related to openSUSE?), not a LibreOffice problem.
