Forgetting to uncheck an option (e.g. 'all sheets') after it was used once would be very easy/frequent for a common user. One thing is to maintain it (i.e. remember its status) while a file is open; another very different thing is to keep it after the file is closed, or, even worse, to keep it for the next LO session.
