Looking at the theme properties and playing with them I found that the issue is related to the choice of the controls inside the theme. I have several themes coming from earlier distributions (Mint versions exspecially), so now i'm using the Traditional theme and seems ok. The bug is not solved in my poor opinion (is not clear why it happens), but if you think is not the case of spending time on it do you vale to sign the issue closed/solved ?
