Reproduced as described in attachment 189605. Here it is for easier access:
0. Open attachment 189503
1. Open Pivot Table properties by right clicking on any cells inside it >
Properties; double-click the ‘a’ field inside the ‘row fields’ box.
2. Click on "Options"
3. Pick "Descending" in the "sort by" options (keep in mind some versions might
have bug 157192)
4. Pick "Sum -c" as data field to sort.
5. Press OK on all dialogs

Testing with the linux-64-releases bibisect repo, I can reproduce in
libreoffice-4.4.0.3 but not in libreoffice-4.3.0.3, so I am assuming it is the
