I'm sorry but dialogs don't work like that.

If that was done on purpose, it's the most idiotic thing anyone's done ever,
since they made Windows ME.

Any dialog in any program, in any operating system, works with access keys.
Doesn't matter if it's a dialog that says "hi" and does nothing, or if it's a
dialog which says "Destroy Earth", "Confirm" or "Cancel". The accelerators
should work stand-alone, not with Alt!
Who comes up with these ideas, really?
