I'm having a hard time to imagine Calc as source for a Wiki. No question in
case of Writer, and tables are properly exported there, but why do you need
many columns/rows, conditional formatting, formulas, etc.? Just copy/paste the
values...
OTOH, no objection if the extension works for Calc too.
