Heiko Tietze <heiko.tie...@documentfoundation.org> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|UNCONFIRMED |NEEDINFO Ever confirmed|0 |1 --- Comment #3 from Heiko Tietze <heiko.tie...@documentfoundation.org> --- (In reply to Don Matschull from comment #2) > My thought was: It would be a nice enhancement if, when I set up my right > hand page style, I could get the header to automatically use the Header > Right page style rather than the parent Header page style. In the supposed workflow you create a page style A ("left", "even"...) and B, and make the one follow the other. Then you set-up header/footer for each of the two PgS with all needed attributes. The page layout "Left/Right" simplifies this workflow. Now you may have predefined settings for the header in mind, eg. to right-align content for right pages. But RTL users have opposite needs, or if you plan to bind a book from top, etc. Flexibility is key and we should not configure a lot of predefined scenarios. Or have I missed something? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
