I am also experiencing the same issue when scrolling in Calc and Writer, no
matter if I scroll with the mouse wheel or the scroll bar. The page stays
frozen for a few seconds before suddenly jumping to wherever I stopped
scrolling (instead of smoothly moving the content as I scroll up and down).
Removing 7.5.9 and going back to 7.5.8 solves the issue for now.
All on Intel Macs running macOS Ventura 13.6.3
