        It's unclear what they influence :-) hopefully some volunteers look at
that and/or perhaps some developer should triage the bugs to see which
are easy-hack-able: adding code pointers etc. Quite probably that's a
rather good idea if some developer has some time.

        Clearly the best way for an enterprise to get a bug fixed or feature
added is to buy support and ask for it to be fixed; failing that to
aggregate cash in some way to pay for it to be fixed; failing that to
encourage volunteers to look into it somehow.

        The reality is that there are a ton of useful features people want, and
only so much developer resource.
