I have added a comment with a proposal: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54940#c13 Markus answered that it is not possible. Too expensive, perhaps, but not possible, I can't believe it. ;-) I think this question may be the cause of a strong misunderstanding from end-users. So it is important to resolve the problem.
