Hi, I'm a resident lurker. I confirm a few bugs when I have extra time, and am subscribed to the email list. I am okay with joining the chat. The 12:00 EST would work okay with me - I could just take my lunch break with ya'll, and probably snag someone else to join in.
But, I am okay with an evening time, too, like 7 or 8 EST. Let me know!
