Users of the in development Ubuntu Trusty (will become Ubuntu 14.04) you will find a beta build at: https://launchpad.net/~libreoffice/+archive/libreoffice-prereleases since yesterday. Note that some of this needs you to also enable the trusty-proposed archive (namely for python3-uno, which needs the python version from -proposed). Happy Testing!
