Make sure to check your spam-folder/filters. As it is a new host that sends out lots of mail, it might have triggered some spam protecting filters... The mails should be dkim signed now, so less likely to trigger spam filters, but training by users that a bugzilla mail is not spam might help more :) Ciao Christian
