1. Install LibreOfficeDev_5.2.0.0.beta2_Win_x86.msi in the Windows XP 32 or 64 bit. 2. Start the program. 3. LibreOfficeDev_5.2.0.0.beta2_Win_x86.msi does not run. The operating system informs about the problem: “soffice.bin: The procedure entry point GetTickCount64 could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll”.
This is regression to LibreOfficeDev_5.2.0.0.beta1_Win_x86 I know about the Bugzzilla database.
